The Board of Directors of SACE examined the 2014 preliminary results today. Gross profit, equal to € 485 million, was higher than the business plan objective. In 2014 SACE insured € 10.7 billion in export transactions and investments for international development projects, 27% more than in 2013.

SACE participates with its own booth at Pitti Immagine Filati, research laboratory and observatory for the new global lifestyle trends for knitting yarns that takes place in Florence on January 28th-30th. Our booth is placed in the central pavillion, desk n.13.

SACE participates to Pitti Immagine Bimbo, an event of international appeal where the new trends in kids fashion are presented. SACE booth is in the main pavillion, desk n. 8.

The Shareholders’ Meeting of SACE approved a share capital reduction from € 4,340,053,892 to € 3,541,128,212 by reimbursing € 798,925,680 to the sole shareholder. It also approved the issuance of a subordinated bond.
